Thousands of sessions have sharpened my intuition and deepened my sensitivity to the body’s language, the subtle rhythms beneath the surface, the stories held in stillness and sensation.
Guided by a lifelong fascination of working with the human body, I’ve studied a range of massage and bodywork modalities. My journey has also led me into spiritual or energetic disciplines, from breathwork, trauma release, and sound healing to chakra and kundalini practices.
At the heart of it all is a reverence for the body as art, the nervous system as guide, and the healing experience as sacred.
